Having Used The AMAZING soulseek for a few years, recently I've truly harnessed its usefullness.  Broadband and soulseek was a match made in heaven!  Find the songs your looking for, but whilst your waiting, you browse the dudes files, and download stuff you've never heard of, genius.  Heres a few finds that ive come across recently.  You might have already heard of them, if so, cool.

Myra Lee - Self Titled
hmmm how to describe.....Either Hardcore or Hardcore Emo, i cant decide.  Kinda sounds like the Swing Kids with a bit of Rites Of Spring thrown in.  Loud thrashing guitars which change pace without warning but always seem to keep up a fast pace, and the drums that seem to control the entire pace, with the singers screams only just barly audible over the top.  With horns and metal-style melodic drums on some songs to more tuneful solos on others. I love it.

Face Tommorrow
Sounds a bit like coheed and cambria with a bit of sparta/emanuel added.  Not that screamy, just good rock.

Atom And His Package
moog...More poppy Than The Postal Service, Bit more Hellogoodbye.

Flyswatter
hmm emo?/rock.  Bit like Dashboard Confestional...but less shit and whiny.  Bit like slow Brand New.

Jello Biafra With The Melvins
Old School Punk i reckon, sounds like the Ramones!

KillRadio
Indie/rock/screamo.  Now my itunes calls it indie...im not sure i agree.  The singer sounds like the dude from toploader, and at times so do the band...but heavier, and more punky.  Say if toploader went punk and were more agressive? that makes it sound shit...but they arnt!!

Split Lip
Emocore.  Bit like Rites Of Spring with a bit of Sparta. Generally Good.

Little Yellow Box
Indie/rock.  To be honest its hard to class these, one minute they sound like Glassjaw, the next they've kicked into a Pretty Girls Make Graves stylee catchy moment.  Maybe if Daryl Plumbo teamed up with ATDI?

Rites Of Spring
Emocore.  Not a new band by any degree of the imagination! noo in fact offen regarded as releasing the first 'emo/emocore' record way back in the 80's.  These have influenced soo many bands, you can hear it.

Swing Kids
Hardcore Emo.  Agressive singing, and music, think Gorilla Biscuits, but emo.....

Running On Rooftops
Post-hardcore.  Think thursday, but more melodic, and depressing.

All My Heroes
Punk/emocore/screamo  Strangley mellow yet upbeat?  Dont really sound like anyone, more a mix...FFAF, TBS, HIPV and Fallout boy?

Amanda Woodward
French post-hardcore...need i say more? nice melodic bits.

Twelve Is Romanian
post-hardcore/metalcore, very shouty, but with nice melodic bits, especially on 'Nights Like This', It goes it a bit 'short stories' at the end, which is never a bad thing.

The Awkward Picture
post hardcore/screamo/emo?....kinda sounds like 'Funeral For A Friends' vocals over 'Rockets And Blue Lights' Music and guitars.  Perhaps truly doing justice to the true emo/emocore style?

Break The Silence
screamo/punk.  Like Rufio, but heavier, Well with more screaming.

Trencher
Math Metalcore.  Like Dillinger Escape Plan. Crazy Shit.

Lola Ray
Rock/Indie.  Sounds a bit like the chilli's if they had carried on the same route after 'Blood Sugar Sex Magic'.  Pop punk with indie sensiblitys? Or Indie with pop punk sensiblitys? Who cares!

A Change Of Pace - An Offer You Can't Refuse
Pop-punk/screamo.  Think Finch Meets Fallout Boy, and them some.  One moment ther're doing pop-punk oh so well, the next excelling at screamo, Quality.

Gym Class Heroes
Hip hop/rock.  Now im not usually a fan, but this stuff is really really good.  Its soo chilled its fantastic, Have fallen in love with 'Taxi Driver', they name drop so many bands its genius, i counted 25.

Melt Banana
'aventgarde' so my media player says....think The Yea Yea Yea's On speed, in fact ODing on speed, twice.

Rockets And Blue Lights
Emo.  Really uber mellow, chilled guitars and music, with the singer only just audible.  Really pretty music.

Wheels On The Bus
Emo.  Yea i know they've got a bit of a shitty name, but they arnt half bad.  punky music with melodic singing/screaming
